Exchanges
Our products are exchangeable and non-refundable. Customized items, including name necklaces and engraved pieces, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For in-store exchanges, simply visit our store with your product and bill. If unable to visit in person, you may initiate a return by shipping the item back to us, and we will provide you with a gift card for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs). Please note that we do not provide return labels. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding of our return policy.
