4. Are custom or personalized items covered under the exchange policy?
No. Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
5. Where is the GIO Jewels' physical location?
Our physical store location is at Royalmount in Montreal, Quebec. You can find us on Level 2 of the shopping complex.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your general return policy?
We offer an exchange or store credit only. We DO NOT give cash or credit card refunds for a change of mind.
2. How long do I have to exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the purchase date for an in-store exchange. And you have 10 days from the date of confirmed delivery (tracking receipt) to initiate an online return for exchange or store credit.
3. Are earrings exchangeable?
No. For hygiene reasons, all earrings are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
4. Can I exchange an item I bought on sale?
No. All items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promotional discount are final sale.
5. What condition must the jewelry be in for an exchange?
The item must be in perfect, original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged, with the original receipt, tags, box, and pouch.

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all online orders exceeding $100 USD in value.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
3. How long does shipping usually take?
Shipments within Canada take 3-7 business days. International shipments usually take 5-10 business days.
4. If I need to return an item for exchange, who pays for the shipping?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
5. Do I need to contact GIO Jewels before I send an item back for an exchange?
Yes. You are obliged to inform us via email before sending any item back. This allows us to provide you with the necessary return instructions and tracking process.
