Thank you for choosing GIO Jewels. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy for all purchases made in our physical store location.

1. Exchange & Return Policy

We offer exchanges only or a store credit for eligible merchandise.
We DO NOT offer cash or credit card refunds for a change of mind.
Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2. Condition of Merchandise

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item(s) must meet all of the following criteria:
Unworn & Unused: The item must be in pristine, unworn, and unused condition.
Original Packaging: Must be returned in its original gift box/pouch, complete with all original tags, accessories, and paperwork, including the receipt or proof of purchase.
Perfect/Original Condition: Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will void the exchange policy.

3. Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit under any circumstances:

Sale or Clearance Items: All discounted purchases.
Custom Orders: Including engraved, sized, or personalized jewelry.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase. We will assess the item and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit if a defect is confirmed.

5. Processing an Exchange

Bring the eligible item and the original receipt to the GIO Jewels store location. The new item must be of equal or greater value; the customer pays any price difference.
