For orders under this amount, standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

We use reliable carriers, and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery times for Canadian shipments typically take 3-7 business days. International shipments take approximately 5-10 business days.

2. Online Returns & Exchanges

Our policy for online orders is exchanges only or store credit (excluding shipping costs). We do not offer refunds.

Returns for exchange or store credit will be accepted for up to 10 days from the date the tracking number confirms customer receipt.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect, original condition, including all original packaging.
