Warranty
At Gio Jewels, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. All eligible items over $34 that are not marked Final Sale are covered by a one year warranty, which applies exclusively with valid proof of purchase. To initiate a claim, please bring your piece to our Royalmount location for an in person evaluation. Our team will assess the item and determine whether the repair can be accepted under warranty. Our warranty covers repairs only, we do not replace, exchange or refund items as part of the warranty. Most qualifying repairs are free of charge, though fees may apply in cases involving missing parts, complexity, or damage beyond normal wear. Repair timelines typically take approximately 14 business days.

- Broken chains
- Broken clasps
- Fading of gold vermeil is not covered, as natural wear from moisture, friction, and skin contact is expected over time.
- Sterling silver may naturally oxidizeover time. This happens because silver reacts with oxygen, moisture, and sulfur in the air. Oxidation is a normal chemical process and not considered a defect, so it is not covered under warranty
- Replacement of missing or damaged components
- Complex repairs or structural issues
- Damage beyond normal wear
- Items without proof of purchase
- Bent, crushed, or forcefully damaged pieces
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, moisture, or pools
- Items altered or repaired by another jeweler
- Loss, theft, or missing pieces essential to the integrity of the design
